Job Description Cost Control Hotel


             

Cost control job description 

  •  Supervise the  Storekeepers and Receiving clerk.
  •  Ensure all goods received and delivered in and out of the hotel store are properly documented and accounted for daily receiving reports.
  •  Ensures  that proper record have been kept of inventory receipts, issues and  returns  by   use of storeroom stock cards and signed documents.  
  •  Performs recipe costing  for food & beverage.
  •  Safeguard and monitor the movement of chinaware, glassware, silverware and linen. 
  •  Conducts   monthly inventory taking of food, beverage and other storeroom items.
  •  To define minimum and maximum  stock levels, par stock management system and to  ensure the compliance with the relevant departments.
  • To cost all recipes, inter kitchen transfers and any food & beverage consumed  by the    hotel employees ( staff meals ) officer checks ( duty meals ), F&B  entertainment checks.  
  • To perform  the physical  count  of all stocks  and month end inventory  with final balances To be reconciled with the general ledger month end balance.
  • To report food & beverage costs with detailed  analysis

  • Mengawasi Storekeeper dan Receiving staff
  • Check Daily Receivng Report  ( DRR )
  • Check Store Requesition form dari outlet
  • Membuat laporan cost recipe untuk Food & Beverage
  • Melakukan inventory tiap akhir bulan untuk semua item barang 
  • Menentukan minimum stock untuk semua barang berdasarkan par stock 
  • Membuat laporan hasil  inventory untuk di rekonsiliasi
  • Membuat semua laporan cost control untuk  Chief Accountant atau Financial Controller

Tugas Cost Control Hotel



Main of duties  Cost control

* To manage inventory process on a monthly basis
* To ensure that inventory movements within are accounted for and are properly supported with
   appropriate document.
* To ensure the implementation of all cost policies and procedure by all departments.


Responsibilities of Cost control

The Cost controller can take other responsibilities according to the management requirement.
Cost controller responsibility of chief accountant.


Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Cost Control :

  • Menjalankan proses inventory setiap bulan
  • Memastikan hasil inventory secara akurat dengan dilengkapi bukti document pendukung
  • Memastikan proses dan prosedur inventory kepada setiap departemen
  • Membuat laporan hasil inventory untuk chief accountant atau financial controller
  • Supervise storekeeper dan receiving 
  • Controlling general cost ( Food, Beverage , Material )
  • Membuat Daily flash cost report
  • Cost control bertanggung jawab kepada Chief accounting atau Financial controller
